Mission Statement

The mission of Horizon Healthcare Management, Inc. is twofold:

1. Care for clients: "Care" means to do everything within the scope of the business to maintain and improve the client's status by providing for the needs of every client.  The goal of positive outcomes will result if the client's needs are accurately assessed and met.

2. Nurture the business: "Nurture" means properly managing the business so there will be adequate resources with which to care for our clients.   Nurturing the business would include providing 1) positive leadership, 2) an atmosphere whereby employees are encouraged to continually improve, 3) integrity in all areas of business practice, and 4) sound and ethical financial and marketing practices.

Vision Statement

It is the Vision of Horizon Healthcare Management, Inc. to become the primary provider of pharmaceutical services in our region and beyond. Continual growth in both quality and quantity of services as well as expansion of services is our vision.  It is also our vision to have the public view our company as one of utmost integrity and quality. We also want to have our employees view our company as one of mutual trust, respect, and pride for all that we acoomplish daily.

Values Statement

Horizon Healthcare Management, Inc. shall exhibit the utmost in integrity and honesty in all aspects of our business, avoiding the appearance of any impropriety whatsoever.  Horizon Healthcare Management, Inc. shall reliably deliver pharmaceutical care to all clients without discrimination, and all employees shall exhibit the highest level of professionalism at all times.  Through these values it shall become apparent that our number one concern is our fellow human being.
